Ok what are some way to get more power from a 95 explorer motor. The motor is stock except for a cam change. Are there any tricks to get a little more HP out of the engine without tearing it all down. Bigger injectors? intake air intake parts? racing stickers on the valve covers? Mustang stuff?anything???

Cam and heads make the power. Good aftermarket heads can make a lot more power above 3000 rpm. What cam you got in it now?

I can put that tornado twisty thing in the intake tube, that has to be good for 3 or 4 HP.

There used to be a centrifugal supercharger kit available for the explorers.

According to the book, 5.0L Ford Dyno tests, a stock 5.0 HO (I realize many of these may not apply to explorer motor) gained (Hp/Tq):

6/7-full synthetic fluids (engine/trans/rear).
7/6-15 vs 10 timing
10/14-Iced intake
7/8- Remove intake silencer
11/6- underdrive pulleys
5/6-ram air
-2/-3-70 vs 65 mm throttle body (X-303 cam, GT40 head, 77 MAF, full exh etc...)
9/4-extrude hone cobra intake (on stock 95 cobra 5.0)
8/10-1.7 rockers (stockish 5.0 HO)
24/-49- Carb over EFI (HAHA!!)

While it will not increase power, the perception of having more power may exist...so, drive it downhill with a tailwind (natures wind, not your methane ;D) Actually, have you thought about new gears?

gears are just about perfect. 33'' tire with 5.13 gears. I could go to a smaller tire. that might help.
