Looking for some detailed photos, Maybe a shot or two without being mounted to the rubber gasket? different angles ect. The new ones from Tom's are too 2021 Ranger-ish for me.
I currently make the Door vent shades, "Delux Package" decals, and the key chain chip-protector, I also make body panels for the '48-52 F series cab and the "86 Flareside bumper bracket and license plate bracket. Thinking to add Bronco slider to the list.

Excellent!
Please consider four versions - barely tinted (like the original glass) and dark tint, both available with dark trim or stainless trim to match the stock setup.

I hear ya. But the only ones available the last few years were dark tint. They didn't sell well. You have two camps in Bronco land. Those that modify to their tastes, and those looking for a somewhat original look. If you don't understand the market, you will struggle to sell them. Trying to ensure your success. We REALLY want this product to be offered, and an early choice to make just one style would be a mistake, IMHO.

I've got the sliders installed in one of mine. It'll take me a day or two, but I will upload pictures if no one beats me to it. You would already know the dimensions and angles from the factory glass, so I'm thinking you need the extrusion profile and measurements of the slider/fixed glass?
FWIW, tint is easy for a guy to add himself, I would think making clear or light tint would move the most units.
Good on you for trying.

Thanks guys, I have a '73 and also spare side glass, and for now, I want to experiment with making the extrusion "profile" and test for feasability to make it "weatherproof" so lots of photos or a loaner, ( thats how I made the dies for the Door vent shades)
Thanks Ron

I'm sorry I don't have pictures of them uninstalled. I agree with the previous comments. If they came in the untinted version I would have purchased those. Sorry for some of the sideway pics. Happy Turkey Day!

Here's a photo of my mock-up of the slider frame set-up, PT wood first to get correct angles and measurements.
Thank you mpboxer, could you take some close-ups of the latch? with the glass closed and with the glass open about 2"? thanks

Those look great. Do they use the stock window rubber to install? So you could use the slotted rubber to keep the stock chrome window trim around the slider?

That is the plan, to fit in the stock-style rubber gasket...

Id like to know how many (if any) are out there and interested in this? Looking into invest in a milling machine Instead of beg/borrowing, Looking at a rough ROI (return on investment)

I'd buy a set.
But only if they are not tinted and don't have dark moldings.

What do you mean be "dark moldings? Frame will be made from Aluminum stock, So the bare AL stock is "silver" in color. is that what your looking for?
Planning on painting them a "satin flack finish" (like the aftermarket ones)
