I'm in the process of installing an NV3550 in my 72. When I pulled apart the transfer case and 3 speed tranny I noticed the main drive gear on the input shaft of the Dana 20 has a chipped tooth. I have spent the better part of an hour on the Dana Spicer website (not user friendly in my opinion) and can't find the part number for this thing. I want to put a genuine one back in and have a friend on the other side of the country who may have one new in the box if I can give him a part number. Hard to say no to free parts!!!!
Thanks!

It has the number stampered on it. It's either 18-8-33 (T or early J) or 18-8-63 ('75-'77 J). Not sure what the difference is. Same number of teeth.
