In checking out the icon4x4 website, the guys that remod all classic suvs-especially the bronco, I was wondering, FORD should just make the early bronco with all the modern perks. I'm sure that they can manufacture a newer/old EB with airbags and better drivetrain, etc. etc. Base price it at $27,000. It will sell. Just a few tweaks!

Oh I think it'd be more than just a few tweaks, crumple zones, all kinds of safety regulations, emissions, MPGs limits, blah, blah, blah....they'd be overregulated to death. Prolly jus easier to start from scratch.

But hell, hell 04 concept at 27K and I'm a buyer

Out of curiosity, how do Jeep owners do it? I could see a highly modified Rubicon hitting a jump, landing and the Air Bags deploying? They disconnect them?

Yeah, this is the truth of the whole deal. It doesn't look like this "old" picture is of anything that will ever be produced.

It's getting harder and harder to keep a kind tone with family members who continually ask me "did you see that they are coming out with a new Bronco??"
