On the original mock up (with rusted Ford skin) the panels were fine, Installed a new skin, not quite the same.
door skin at hinges, and rocker and 1/2 way up the striker post, pretty much dead on, but this?
Not many options, are there....

The reproduction skins can be a real bitch to get to fit right.
Is that already painted???

My experience with repro door skins, is hours of fitting to the door/Bronco prior to any paint/filler. I would not expect to be able to just put a skin on a door and have it fit correctly.
