new gas tank, fuel gauge stuck on full

Driving around with my new tank, thinking I was getting amazing gas mileage; must have been leaking quite a bit I thought. Nope, gas gauge is stuck on "full".

Anyone have this happen before? Couldn't find anything when searching threads.

Ck the ground wire.

Are you 100 percent sure you installed the tank sender correctly?
