I'm all set for rollers thx. Hung rear axle loose tonight. Tried assembling brakes. WTF is up with primary spring. Anyone got the " special tool", and keep this a family site ;-)

I have all kinds of vintage specialty brake tools including stuff for springs. Let me see what I can do about Saturday.

We gonna eat and drink well gents ;-)

I expect to be in the shop by 9. The sooner the wrenching is done, the sooner we are on the deck relaxing!

We had a great day today!

Thanks to Tasker, Slednut, Fatboy, Dave and Mark. Rolled the chassis out by the end of the effort and commenced to hanging out, eating and peebers.

Thanks so much guys. Was a fun and very productive day. The only real speed bump were the lower ball joints that just loved to spin and the upper ball joint inserts that weren't tapered :-(

Looks great! Glad its rolling on its own 4 wheels. Nice ride up to your place today, and fun working on the rig, even if I was a short timer there. Did you guys even leave any work for tasker or were you done by the time he got there.

Hank,
You made great progress today, glad we could all help out. It was a good learning process for me and can't wait to be at the stage your at. Thanks also for the great eats.

Pete, we had quite a bit done before he got there but he was key in helping with the ball joint dilemma and the disc brake assy..
It was nice to see you all again.
