Ok, headers are done, and jigs have been made for any of you guys interested in a set of these headers. If we can get enough order through a mass buy we can see some savings.
Fitment on A 302 is unknown as of now. We need to do a test fit on another 351w equipped bronco to make sure everything fits good. The real advantage of these headers is that they exit outside the frame rail. There is no need to remove exhaust when working on drivetrain. Also makes a more room for a 4 link in the rear.
Here are the current requirements for installtion of the headers.
351W V8 with extreme motor mounts
Modification to drivers side inner fender. Need to remove a little material.
Relocation of the brake proportioning valve. Needs to be moved forward a inch or two.
Removal of auxilary gas tank

Pricing is below. 2 1/2" is available also same price. Kit should be bolt on other than modifications listed above.

Here are the retail prices with available discounts:
$375.00 for a 2 1/2" or 3" aluminized exhaust: 14 gage tubing with Spintech Sportsman Street XL or Flowmaster mufflers and turn-down tips out the side under the doors.
$495.00 for the 4 into 1 headers with 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" primary tubes: 3/8" thick solid flange, 14 gage mild steel tubing (.083 wall), clamp marks polished, beauty welds on top and under the primary tubes, face of flange fully machined flat and de-burred, velocity cones in 3" collectors, header bolts and gaskets.
