What is going to need clearanced?? Just curious?

The bottom side of the flat piece that mates to the the heads. It is touching a couple of the head bolts and keeping the exhaust bolts from lining up. It needs about a 1/8" of clearancing in two spots. Maybe my ARP bolts are a little bigger than stock, I don't know.

No, I have victor Jr heads and the exhaust ports are raised 1/8" above factory heads. I think your edelbrock perfromers are in the factory location.
