New Horn Circuit

When I replaced my steering wheel, I realized that the P.O. not only removed the Horn from under the hood, but the whole circuit. I would like to run a new one and the question is....How's the best way to go about it??? I have a stub of a hollow black tube on the top of the steering column under the wheel, in the 5 o'clock position from the spline
, that I assume the horn wire travels down, I know I'll have to snake a wire down the column somehow. I already have a new horn, 12v Euroblast Twin air horn that came with its own relay, I have a new stock relay from NAPA and I have the new steering wheel installed. Do I want it "always hot" or not, where should I pick up power for the horn? I'm not sure how the original horn circuit is run through the truck..I do have 2 oval connectors(2 blades) with nothing connected to them between the steering column and the engine just laying on top. Its a 1976, could either of these be part of the old horn circuit?

The original circuit had power from the starter solenoid (yellow wire, always hot) going directly to the horn relay which was next to the solenoid. One wire (yellow-green) goes from relay to the horn, which is grounded. The control wire (blue-yellow) for the relay went through the harness and to the column. When that wire is grounded (by pressing the horn button) the relay closes and the horn blows.

Okay, another problem I'm having with this aftermarket horn is it came with a few parts but no mounting instructions. I have the Horn, a nut/bolt and a 90 degree valve looking thing, here are some pics can anyone tell me what to do with this black, 90 degree part is and how I can mount this with just the bolt they sent??? The relay is the aftermarket it came with, its just in the pic.

looks like the Stebel Nautilus Compact

physical install
basically the the long cylinder needs to be close to straight up and down (+/- 25degrees in either direction)
forward of the wheels with the opening facing down and out

wiring
see diagrams

hope that helps

Yeah, I have all that, my question is HOW to mount it, there is no bracket, so I assume there is another way to do it. The question is how to physically attach it to my vehicle???????? Pics in 1st post....and what is the little black plastic 90 degree tube for??? It snaps into the trapazoidal channel on the horn in the 1st pic and is inserted in the 2nd pic

Drill and mount the bolt where you want the horn to be. Leave it a little loose. Slide the u-shaped portion on the horn over the bolt head and tighten it down.

And the 90* elbow allows you to attach a tube so you can be sure no water gets into the horn.
