I just installed the new light conversion kit from Bronco graveyard. Has anyone had any smoke issues off the back side of the lights after this conversion was installed?

Which conversion? Headlights? Or something else? LED's maybe?

I would say that, at least "normally", you should not get smoke off of lights. But hey, these are Broncos after all. So "normal" don't always come into the equation!

Was thinking the same thing. But if it's coming from residue on the light bulbs themselves, take them out quickly and clean them off with alcohol before you burn out the bulbs.

If the smoke is coming from anywhere else, stop and find out where before something melts. Whatever it is, that's too much heat for anything except the bulbs. Everything else should stay cool to the touch.

The backs of the housings should not get hot enough with an H4 setup to burn anything off. If the bulb itself is dirty, clean it pronto before it burns out. Double check your wiring.

DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY if you are going to let it sit overnight with a possible electrical problem.
