Just installed Borgenson Power power steering conversion. Turned whelk back and forth to remove air and filled tank back up. When I started the Bronco the steering wheel statutes spinning uncontrollably. Has anyone ever had this happen? What did I do wrong!

You got the pressure and the return lines swapped.
Pressure is closer to the sector shaft.
Return is closer to the steering wheel.

And yes, did this before.

There are two separate fittings that are different sizes. We attached them based on which fitting fit where. Is it posse they got the fittings backwards at the factory?

Thanks! Checking today. Trying to get it on the road today. It’s been a year long restoration This is one of the last things to get fixed.

That worked! Thanks! Now if I could just keep the driveshaft from hitting my headers, I would be golden!
