New / used Protofab rear bumper mounting issue

I bought a Protofab rear from another EB guy and I can't quite figure out how I'm going to mount it. There are no holes on the two cups which must go over the rear frame rails. Will I just drill it? It doesn't look like there's much meat holding the bumper to the frame.

Not sure about the holes, but someone should know. Or in a pinch you can call Protofab and ask.
Do you have a body lift? That looks like it might be a body lift version. Again, I'm not sure, but at a glance that's what I thought.
