She's a beaut! Be sure to come out to the Lonestar Early Bronco Club Round Up, first weekend in April. There's usually ~100 Broncos there, and a bunch of friendly owners. It's a great place to get first-hand inspiration.

Still developing build plan and crunching the numbers. First order of business is getting it broken down and pulling the body. Will plan to focus on the powertrain first and then move on to the body work once I save my pennies.

You will see a lot different style Broncos and lots of folks to talk to. You'll see lots of ideas to consider.

Power train and brakes! Since you're pulling the body, working on a rolling chassis will make it easy. I would go with a hydroboost Ford parts disk brake upgrade. Disks in the back are optional - may not be worth the extra cost for the minimal better braking you'll get. But that's a matter of opinion!
