Please help- looking at a beautiful 69 manual from a highly reputable builder.

Please feel free to provide comments and advice.

I need an everday driver (10-25 miles) no climbing..little mud here and there when I take her to deer lease

thanks for all the advice and input:

The motor is a fresh 302 bored, stroked, balanced and blueprinted, 4 barrel Dura Spark ignition, and done by the best engine builder around our parts. New radiator, fan shroud, Delphi steering box 3:1 ratio with Saginaw pump, front disc brake conversion on a rebuilt Dana 30 with 3:50 posi. New clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, flywheel, and ring, Mini torque starter, headers, new AX 15 5 speed and rebuilt Dana 20, extended drivelines, Wild Horses 3" lift, new Discoverer SST mud terrains 35x12.50R15 on Micket Thompson new 15x10 (5 matching), Warn 8000 lb. winch, PnFab rear Pre runner bumper with HD swing away spare carrier, a new High lift jack mounts on it as well and it has a 5K receiver built in.
The paint is very nice and was done 17 years ago. It looks like it was done yesterday. It has the electric wiper conversion, new script high back seats, rear fold n' tumble, three point harness driver and passenger, Professional LINE EX interior, Grant steering wheel, tach, new Kenwood MP3 CD Ipod w/remote, 4 new Kenwood 180W speakers, Locking center console, ZERO rust and one of the straightest bodies I have ever worked on. It will climb anything or cruise down the freeway at 80. I installed new steering components ,dropped trac bar, dropped pitman, adjustable trac bar, new steering stabilizer, and all the motor peripherals are new like the fuel pump, water pump, alternator, wiring. The entire Bronco was professionally wired using Painless assembly.
