Newbie question about original paint color...

If you mean the inside door posts and stuff compared to the exterior, my guess is no. Assuming you're asking about a bronco you're looking to purchase, look on the VIN tag in the glove box and it'll have the paint code on there. To my knowledge all were painted solid colors with the exception of the stroppe, and some had striping on the exterior. Not a black and white answer, but hope it helps.

Except for a Stroppe or Denver, the door posts and floorboards should have originally been exterior body color. Dash color depends on trim packages, etc.

UI5GLF34287 is the vin i got form the owner, thats not enough numbers to tell me the color right?

Not enough to know the original color. A '69 couldn't have been a Stroppe or Denver. Stroppe was from '71-'75 and Denver was '75 only. What color(s) is it currently?
