So the adventure starts tomorrow. This should be fun,all i need to do is to box in the rear frame so that I can move the rear shackle mounts back 8". The best part is that i will be doing this at my dads shop. We mix like oil and water. It wont be boring. \
I will photobucket the build as i go.
Wish me luck and thanks to the members whom posted pics of their projects that keeps me and others inspired.
And for stupidboy and ryoung i only need 500+ more

Photobucket? Hell, get Discovery Channel out there. I'd much rather watch two guys argue during a Bronco build than to watch the Tuttles argue about $200k rock star motorcycles.

i have a set of inner fender wells that i will add. but why do you think that the rear cross member will need to moved? i have at least a 5" lift in the rear.
i am open to all answers.

Alright another build thread, I'll be watching!!!! Your rear springs, the front hanger for them is at the crossmember and if moved to far away from the crossmember it shoud get moved or gusseted toward the new hanger location. Get then pics posted up on your build thread not photobucket.

New Port is on hold. Like I posted earlier that I was going to work on her at my dad's shop. I got there Tuesday morning and I starting walking around and almost everything that he has and that I needed was stolen. Here is the list. 2 oxy/acetlyne rigs. Small air compressor, chop saw,air lines, miller suit case welder for the Bob Cat (I brought that welder home today) and the list goes on and on. To guess what was taken from that and prior thefts is about 15k. It is just sickening.
Nothing like having a meth heads around. No insurance. I will be back in the game in a couple of weeks, right now I need to focus on my dad, and get him out of there.

they're not at the crossmember. if he moves them back further the rear bumper should be supporting the frame there.
