No brake boost

I don't have enough vacuum coming out of my 302 after replacing the cam and lifters. I need to make a decision on boosting my brakes. Should I go with an electric vacuum booster pump or swap to hydroboost? Thanks

Hydro definitely stops better. I would probably spend the $$ on that rather than electric vacuum. I was never very happy with the vacuum booster trying to stop 35s. Are you sure your booster is working correctly? I'm doubting the cam swap would change it that much unless you went radical on the cam.

What is your vacuum level at warm idle? What size tires are you running? Do you have disc/drum, drum/drum or disc/disc brakes?
