It used to be helpfull in finding parts and tech stuff, now it has become the National Dragster of Magizines. Something that has too many adds and the same ol ' stuff,. The old farts on Classicbroncos.com could do a better job writing the mag and there would not be Bigbroncos in there.
I won't complain about the content "episode" a bit ago, but it was a small contribution to my decision.
I just got a reminder in the mail that my subcription has runnout,
( Yawn)

I strongly disagree. We all need to support the only all-Bronco mag out there. If you don't like the content or writing then you all need to get off your duffs (no pun intended) and submit some articles! In order to get a critical mass of subscribers they need to include Big broncos and even BII's.

How soon we forget - it wasn't too many years ago that everyone was sitting around wishing for a Bronco mag.

And a lot of the old farts on ClassicBroncos.com ARE writing the articles! ;D

if the Critical mass is so small that they need B2s and BBs , then they can count my dollars out , and let it die

I wanted to go to their website the other day to look at something and could no longer find a link from this site.....Did I just miss it or are they not supporting this site any more? I plan to keep my subscription but when you look back at older issues you can tell the quality has gone down..IMO.

I think you guys need to step back and say" We have Bronco Only Magazine" out loud. It may not be the absolute best to every reader , every month. That is impossible. We should be celebrating for what we have.I am an enthusiast, have been for a long time, just because Bronco Driver doesn't cover exactly what I'm interested in, doesn't mean I don't want to see coverage of other types of events and rigs.Sharing info, and ideas helps us all, remember, this is not a j33p thing!

I try to support those who support my passion for all things Bronco. That includes Bronco Driver magazine as well as all the Bronco Vendors. If it weren't for these people, our Bronco projects wouldn't be so easy, or be as cool and functional. I'm renewing my sub when it's time.

Man! What is all of this "I won't read it if it has big broncos in it". The magazine is called "bronco driver". Broncos were made from something like 1966 to 1996. Tech is tech whether it is on a bronco or a dune buggy. I can read an article about a jeep and get ideas for my bronco. I guess I'm a little sensitive because my first truck was a 94 bronco. Now I've got a 68 as well as the comp buggy.
Do you realize that most of the articles are submitted by readers. If less EB owners are submitting articles then I guess there's going to be less about them in the mag.

I think what the mag needs is a centerfold in each issue. Something suitable for the garage wall. I think I'd like that. Each month there'd be a new luscious beauty with big tires.

I understand how you feel on some levels. I don't read it cover to cover like I used to. But all magazines are the same in that regard. Look at 4 Wheel & Offroad. They repeat stories like a carosel. But the young new readers haven't seen all of it yet so they learn. Those of us that have seen it already page to the article on new events and tech.

Also, not sure if you knew this or not, but a lot ot the content in BD comes from the readers. People just like you and me. So if its just "the same ol' stuff", its because you haven't written anything new for the rest of us to read!

I'm working on a story that I guarantee you haven't seen in there yet. I wont say what because I don't know how long it will take me to finish it. But its definately fresh!

Sounds good to me, I'd be on board with that. T and A with the Bronco is always nice  but just some softcore Bronco porn is excellent too.

It does get a little sensitive when it comes to who to support, etc. I know some people have strong opinions about vendors, and there is some foundation to those issues but in the whole realm of things I think that it becomes a tough issue to commit a blanket approval for all things Bronco regardless of quality/service/etc.
I for one love the magazine just for the Bronco pics, would like to see a few changes but then again I havent submitted or suggested any upgrades myself so what do I expect.

Anyways, to each their own.

My subscription ran out about the time my wife and I split up. I keep getting renewal notices, but haven't. I do however, run to Barnes and Noble every time it comes out and get a copy. I don't pour over it like I used to, but I still get ideas out of it for my truck.

The one time I miss a copy, will be the one I'd never be able to get a copy of lol...

Centerfolds? - I'd renew my subscription lol...

My thoughts 100%

and I think a "lets boycott the only Bronco specific magazine" thread is a little tasteless (no offense FETICAL not a personal attack). Maybe a more positive spin on what could make it better and how we as Bronco owners can help would be a better approach.
