If you have an issue, call or email them. They are just people like us, not some giant printing magnate. I had a problem once, emailed them, got a response in a day or two and then had two new issues sent to me at no cost. (I only had a problem with one of them) Problems happen, and there is a lot that goes on that they can't control. The issues are all marked with a number. If you didn't receive one, the onus is on you to contact them and give them a chance to make good on it. If you didn't pay attention, and now missed your chance, you shouldn't bash them for it.:-
Actually because i did pay for a subscription (2yr) I will reserve the right to bash as i feel fit. I will have to check but from the looks of it i am missing a third of the mags i should have gotten. It also took quite some time and several emails to start recieving my subscription after i sent it in. I never did get a response, it just started showing up. So i was fine with that. Truth is that like many of you i have a busy life and when i get home and there is a new Bronco Driver there for me it is a nice treat. I don't have the time to nor can i remember to babysit a company for a service I PAY FOR!
