NSS question

Finishing up the install on the Centech harness on my 76. Got it just about buttoned up only 2 issues remaining.
1) Can't get my backup lights to work. Got a feeling I've got a bad NSS switch.
I can jumper the two wires for the backup lights and they come on so I'm sure the wiring is OK. Bronco starts fine with the neutral switch functioning as it should. Is it possible for only the backup light side of the switch to fail?

2) Wiper motor will not work. No low speed, no high speed, nothing. Haven't had a lot of time to troubleshoot it yet so looking for suggestions on where to start.

Appreciate any help, Thanks Alex
