Hey there fellow Bronco addicts! I've got a question for you guys. I'm doing a frame off restoration and just got my frame back from powder coating. I'm ready to start putting her together and would like to put new bolts, washers and nuts on everything chasis wise. Does a parts list like this exist so I can just print this out and take it to my supply house to order? Or do I need to rummage through all my old crap? Thanks in advance, Shawn

Probably going to have to so some rummaging, I have never seen a list. A couple of the vendors do carry bolt kits for either certain sections or almost the entire truck. Would probably be cheaper than tracking them all down individually.

Howdy. Vendors sell entire kits all prepackaged and ready to go. Stainless and indented head versions available. I went this route. IMHO Was worth it to not have to dick around finding this and that.

They don't have complete kits do they? Someone should really put together a definitive hardware list! I know I did and I'm sure others have spent countless hours chasing down and figuring out new hardware!

I saved and marked all my chassis hardware and sent it to be clear zinc plated. It was about $150 but I had it walked through they call it because I had Stroppe bolts that I didnt want lost. I think $50 would of covered it under regular circumstances.

I don't think anyone makes a kit for the chassis. That is what you are looking for right? Are you talking about things like springs, crossmember, fuel tanks, skid plates and things like that? I went to the local hardware store and bought #8 bolts for all of that stuff. The SS body bolt kits from JBG look pretty handy and I'll probably do something like that when I get to that stage.

Exactly. Ordered new transfer case mounts, suspension kit, body mounts, etc. I can not believe there are no schematics or instructions included when purchasing these parts. No bolt sizing for replacements, etc. Am I the only one with this problem? Fender washers, lock washers, nylocks?
