newbie question is this the granny low 1st trans or the reg 4 speed im looking for a reg. geard 4speed and was told to get a toploader what were they referring to?

racersnake, this is a 5 speed conversion out of a Jeep. The top loader is a 4 speed ford tranny and was a popular tranny until the 5 speed conversions came around.
