I have just about all the parts needed to convert to a C4.

C4 trans (had it resealed 2 years ago)
Torque Converter
28 oz flex plate
Block off plate
spud shaft and bearing for d20
vent line for modulator valve
dip stick and tube
WH twinstick with knobs
cross member with mounting brackets
B&M extra capacity aluminum trans pan with drain

Asking $750 (Hoping to make OCBR but won't know until the week of the event)

Transmission worked properly when pulled . Did shift harder than I liked. Not sure if PO had shift kit installed but I was going to replace valve body but decided to go to the 4r70w.

Just to update, won't be making it to OCBR this year due to illness that will prevent me from getting the Bronco ready. If you're interested you will need to set up shipping (I can put on a pallet). Or pick up locally.
