Does it use stock hoses, or o-ring fitting hoses?
I installed the Lares box today. Used the stock return fitting and the AN fitting that I had used with the stock box. Some minor differences in the exterior appearance of the box. The mounting flange was more triangular in shape compared to the stock box which was more square. The vertical portion of the box appeared smaller in diameter than the stock box. The Lares box mounted into the existing location without any issues.

They do look like the same part, except the OER says it is 3 turns lock-to-lock, and Lares says theirs is 4 turns. Might be the same casting, but different internals?
On the OER site, one of the reviews says the box is actually a 4 turn, not a 3 turn like their description says. Now, I'm not going to swear that that one reviewer is correct, but it wouldn't surprise me if the vendor had a typo in their description. A 3 turn would be pretty tight.

I got my Lares box from Rockauto. Limited lifetime warranty. The mounting flange on the OER box, from the one pic on the site, is more square looking like the original box I replaced compared to the more triangular flange of the new Lares box that I installed.

I’m getting about 3 3/4 turns lock to lock. Maybe that’s just my setup.

I was looking at a pic of the OER box on classicbodyparts.com. The pic of OER box posted above looks like the Lares box.
