Okay Viper- instrument cluster question

My gas gauge kinda works and my temp gauge moves from one side To the other when I turn my ignition. My volts gauge kinda ticks and nothing from the oil gauge. Do I have wires backward

Any idea where to start? Is it a ground issue? I just had the cluster refurbed and I'm assuming it worked when he finished it. It didn't read correctly before I sent it off

You'll have to look and see if the right wires are going to the right gauges. Then worry about the ones that don't read correctly.
