I transfer my POR15 into a canning jar when I first open it. I can pour out what I need and make sure the top of the jar is clean and reseal the lid and store in the fridge. Has worked well for 25+ years. It still has a shelf life, but I try and use it up within a year. They make small cans if you have a small project too.

No need to transfer. Simply punch two holes in "non removed" lid. I shake it, pour out what I need and insert a couple of wood screws in the two holes.
Lasts for years. The insturctions state "do not shake as it creats bubbles" Once the Por is poured thru the tiny hole in the lid? Most of the bubbles are scrubbed out.
Now, before anyone calls me dumb, I sold Por Products in SoCal for 10 years.
