Hey Kerri, Ya know you could just add head rests to those seats. Its cery easy to doane waay cheaper than new seats. And yea, current seat cover is sooo much better than new seats

Yea, I had explored that option. My "other" issue with the seats is that the kids ride in the back seat a lot now, which has a lower back. They have been in big car seats with 5 point harnesses (because my Bronco didn't have seat belt holes drilled)but my son refuses to get into it now. So adapting the original back bench to be taller and have headrests is a way bigger project than just adding headrests to my front seats.
With things being as they are right now post-concussion I can't take on a project fix. I'm going to be lazy and just buy a new set (plus art sales were good last year so I can afford it!) And my husband has been spooked by the accident so much he's not wanting me to get into the Bronco at all (much less the kids) until it's safer. New seats will be quicker fix. I can compromise.
ok. I understand completely. you can get a fold and tumble back with headrests. just sayin, lol. you seemed to like the looks of the original seats so just puttin it out there. I really like the color combo of #2 to match your theme.
I know it won't look as good as the originals but my Bronco has won a couple of awards already so I think I'm good with it not being a restored show stopper.
