I bought this 44 to swap out my 30

It came with this steering set up. Do I just drill out my pitman arm to except the heim bolt?

And if so anyone happen to know the size?

It’s usually 3/4 of an inch.
But I wouldn’t drill it until you’re sure you’re gonna use that setup and that it fits your bronco.
Slight mock up first, then drill if you want to use it. Make sure joints are perfectly tight. Some brands are known to wear out quickly, and if yours are already loose, you will have to replace them with new anyway.

Is that a stock, or dropped Pitman Arm? How much lift do you have?

That was my next question. It’s a 3.5 lift. Came with a dropped pitman arm. I’m wondering if use that or my original with the heim joints. I assuming the stock one..

Also I can’t feel any slop by hand. And yes I would like to run this set up.

Before drilling either arm, check each one for height and see which one best matches the drag link angle to the track bar angle.

Well maybe my drill bit was off. Because I definitely had to tap it in

wouldn't that have already been drilled for the heims?
No. It’s never been connected to this box or truck. The last system this truck had was the stock Dana 30 setup
