all most time to pull out the interior and I am looking for a good company in San Diego that can sand blast and powder coat my roll bar.

Does anyone in SD know of a good shop for this.

Thanks for the help.

be careful PC'ing your rollbar... if it flexes when installed, you could risk cracking all the PC right off as you put it in.

This really depends on the color you want. Lots of places to go, but the cheaper places have far less choices in colors. Colors can usually run close to $ 400 per small bag of color, so shops don't carry a lot of choices.

1. Olympic Powder Coating (San Marcos)
a. They have lots of colors but sometimes lately the work is mediocre
b. If they say 1- week for parts ------ figure 2-3 weeks plus

2. San Diego Powder Coating --- (El Cajon)
a. Haven't been there personaly but people say the work is pretty good.

3. Alpha Powder Coating ---- (El Cajon) On Pioneer or Johnson
a. Very good prices (usually)
b. Limited choices in colors
c. Turn around is usually very good

so maybe it would less expensive to just replace the roll bar than have it sand blasted and powdercoated.

Does anyone know the best place to buy a new roll bar?

Thanks for all the help.

you could just rattle can it. you won't have to worry about it cracking during install and it'll be alot easier to touch up if it ever gets chipped.

Did you/ have you replaced the roll bar already? Might be able to help with the cage part, if you have'nt. If you've got it done already, where did you decide to PC, what color and how much $$??
Thanks,
Dan
