Power steering Gear box Rebuild

Good morning, I have an power steering gear box with a 6 turn radius and it has 17 black ball bearings and 16 chrome ball bearings. I think I lost one. How many I am I supposed to have? Are they different size? And if anyone has more info about the gear box it would be greatly appreciated.

The two colors are different sizes. Look up on youtube for a Saginaw power steering box rebuild. The video will tell you all about it.
