Anyone run these mirrors? These are on my '95 F-150 & my buddy has them on his '95 Bronco I can grab as he's scrapping it. Thought they might be real nice on the '69 especially since they're powered and you could easily adjust them on the trail when trying to keep the rear beads off the rocks.;D They'll fold back flat against the window too if you need to squeeze through a tight spot.

Thanks Tasker! Just looked it up:

I don't mind them at all. I think he would've had better results if he'd been able to (or wanted to) mount them higher on the door but I TOTALLY understand why he wouldn't want to fill holes, bodywork, match paint etc just for a pair of mirrors. Mounted higher they wouldn't look "droopy" like those do when running down the road I'd think. I like the LOOKS of my stockers but that's ALL I like about them. Functionally I think they're next to useless!

Not a fan of the current location. They will be moved up shortly and the holes filled. As far as the function of the mirrors, they are great. Visibility is fantastic on these. Here are some pics of where they are supposed to go. I really like them in this pic:

Thanks Herman. Those do look good mounted higher thus putting the mirror more in a 90 deg plane with the ground. I think the size is just about right (not too big/ small), like the fold back feature ALOT as well as being able to adjust the pass side mirror by myself especially when negotiating obstacles on the trail!

I can completely understand not wanting to move yours up when you installed them. I had a new paint job too at one point! LOL!
