Does any one know if the pre-bent transmission lines available from the vendors are a direct fit to the c4 if used with the champion 5.0 reverse flow radiator?

I would assume they fit because the Champion radiator has to heat exchanger on the hot side of the radiator, which is the same as the cold side on the stock Bronco radiator. Same location, so it should be close. Whether it cools your trans for your purpose, is another story.

I would recommend not using that radiator cooler. It won't do any good if it's just as hot as the trans. Use an add-on cooler.

Would it cool good enough if there was no rock crawling or trail use? This will just be a weekend cruiser. I do have a b and m pan that's deeper. I guess that would help slightly.

Question - will the stock radiator cool a stock transmission or is it under sized? Stock truck no lift, stock tires, road use only?

Should be fine. Lots of stockers made it 40 yrs with that combo.

Thanks. I want to eliminate the external cooler now that I have a new stock radiator. One less thing to fail or get punctured.

I also feel the stock heat exchanger in the radiator is better left alone and run an external cooler. For lines, I'd get the AN C4 fitting from wildhorses and some nice AN hoses over the stock hard line, you can just route it nicer.
