Who know's. I have worked on brakes for about 4 weekends in a row. One day soon I will have all the problems worked out (of the brakes).

Finished all the loose end on the exhaust. Not beautiful but I did it myself. I am sure I will make some changes in the future.

I recommend changing it now. That is is worst place IMO for the exhaust to dump on a bronco. I made the same mistake and killed a lot of brain cells.

Funny how we get older and don't like that anymore? I thought it was cool 5 years ago when I did it.

BBOW, Look at my build thread and you will see where my exhaust exits now. It needs to come out about another 3 inches to be perfect.

Looks like you did the exit right at the front of the rear wheel. I will probably roll some 45's out in a similar fashion to keep it simple.

Took the Bronco out for a drive today for the very First time. Broke down on me in walmart parking lot. Would not start. Killed the already questionable battery trying to get it going. Fortunately the auto repair guys hooked me up with a new 700cca battery. Still have some fuel issues. Seems like vapor lock. I don't think my tank is vented. When you remove the gas cap it will nearly blow it out of your hand.

Installed a new (to me) steering wheel. Took the Bronco out for a drive. Steering gear box is leaking really bad. Radiator now has a pinhole.

Was your first thought....It's the great pumpkin charlie brown!!! I had worked on it most of the day running the exhaust all the way out to behind the rear tires, changing oil and such. It's still a double handful to drive. Ordered a track bar riser friday. Still trying to get the front end dialed in.

You should be proud--with the hand that was dealt and all--keep plugging away;D

If you have a stock pittman arm it will fix you driving issues, it will line up the drag link and track bar. But the riser would be a better choice.

Installed the duff track bar riser. Drag link and track bar are nearly perfect. Bump steer is gone. Unfortunately it still wanders all over the road. Back to the drawing board.

A couple of things come to mind on that worn tires or caster.

Tires are practically new. I have not taken it in to get the alignment checked. That is my next move. Have dropped radius arms but I am not sure what degree bushings are installed.
