Pulling to the left usually means that the right brake isn’t working up to what it should be.
Air in the system affects both left and right sides the same.
Rear brakes usually don’t cause much pull.
So look for some reason why the right side isn’t working right.
A very big reason with the Chevy conversion is lack of adequate clearance between the caliper and the knuckle.
Another reason is bad pads, swap the pads between the 2 calipers and see if the pull changes sides. That can be corrected with new pads.
Last is what I think I have, mismatched calipers. If one caliper has a larger bore then the other, it will produce more clamping force for the same line pressure and will pull that way. Not sure of a good way to check this, since it only takes a few thousandths of an inch to make a difference. Do a few aggressive honing jobs on a cheap rebuilt caliper and who knows what the bore size really is?
While in there, be sure to also look at the wheel bearings and ball joints to make sure that they are in good shape
Last option is that you may have bump steer. If you have to turn the wheel to the right when you accelerate hard to go in a straight line, then your steering/track bar geometry is all screwed up. This is extremely common in lifted vehicles.
