Quick Delivery Track Bar? Vendors Selling Stock Bars?

Hi Guys - In a pinch trying to get Bronco back on the road. My axle side track bar hole is pretty scaled up. Instead of pressing the bushing into it, looking to get a non-adjustable track bar ordered quickly. I am in Jersey. Do you know of any vendors selling non-adjustable? I have stock ride height.

Here are some photos. Frame side holes look great. Pin is solid, although, threads got a bit mangled when removing castle nut. I believe bits of the cotter pin were stuck and messed up threads a bit. Any tips to fix the threads if I cannot get the castle nut back on? Any tips to remove the tack welds for the pin and replace it?

If ever lift the Bronco (doubtful) I would rather use riser than adjustable.

NE Classic was going to be my recommendation, but you got that now.

I think the stud threads will be OK. Drive out the remains of the cotter pin I see there, and ideally chase the threads on the stud. A new castle nut would be a good idea (should be easily available), but if not chasing those threads would probably be good enough.

Yessir, been using nick the last year as he always has good pricing, great advice, and quickest/cheapest shipping for the East Coast.

I am going to use my tap and die set. Do you know what size thread the pin is?

3/4-16, fine thread
Thank you!

I was able to get axle nut on and torqued to 180s. The top I’m trying to get torqued to the mid of 120 but my torque wrench is way too big to get any leverage. Any ideas?
