OR Radiator Overflow Tank - Mount

Looking for a radiator overflow tank mount, specifically the one designed for the overflow and washer fluid tank, to mount on the drivers side fender/fender well. I believe it was designed by JSmall and produced by Toms, but is no longer available.

Anybody have one laying around or know where I can find one? Trying to install tank on a 77 with the inner fender brace.
