Radio hole ideas, need help

I’m looking to remove the radio in my dash and I’m looking for ideas. Who is still running aftermarket stereo? I’m currently running a Bose Bluetooth speaker tethered to phone. I thought about putting oil and water temp gauge in it place. What is everyone doing when they remove the radio???

Have you seen the faceplate that @amfw is selling? It would be the cleanest way to do a dash for what you're asking.

Interested in these options. Still trying to find a single DIN filler panel for switches or storage cubby. I like the idea of all bluetooth and no radio or audio device showing other than a cell phone. I bought something like this but does not fit 100% edge to edge.

I don't have a good picture of it handy but you can see it in the background below. My dash was butchered by a PO installing a cassette deck, so I had an irregular hole. As a temporary solution I cut a rectangle out of ABS plastic and installed this on top: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B1HWVVDL/?tag=classicbroncos-20 I just used black self-tapping screws to mount it.

Easy to access power from the back of the ignition switch in that location. I have a magnetic mount for my phone, which you can kind of see between the tach and column, so it's a perfect setup to keep the phone plugged in.

One day I'll think of something better looking...

A friend of mine with a CNC cut me a plate and I attached it with double sided tape. Mounted my $80 wallyworld touchscreen bluetooth stereo under the dash.
