Yeah it happened again. I pull up at a station that had only 2 pumps with diesel, and two stupid people pull up before me, one gets out of her car (gas cap on the wrong side) and slowly slowly walks inside. The next pulls through stops at the other diesel pump and justs sits there in her car.
So after a few minutes (more like five) I leave her enough room to get out and she is still sitting in her car. I am pissed!!! So I get out of my truck with a suit and tie (yes I do have one LOL) and I ask her if she is going to buy gas? She gets out of her car and walks across the parking lot and gets an order of fries from her momma and slowly walks back to her car.
Now the other idiot walks out side (blocking the other diesel pump) with a pile of food in her hands gets in her car and drives away.
Neither of these people bought fuel.
Like they say you can't fix stupid.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep there seems to be more and more morons out there. I about blew a gasket the other day in Lowe's. A Jackass(read speakie no ingles) pulled his POS truck into the contractor/lumber loading area like it was a parking space. Couldn't get a loaded lumber cart past him cause of the pallet of siding sitting there as well. Needless to say he went in for a f'n box of nails and was too lazy and/or stupid to walk the extra 40 feet from an actual parking space. Then he spent another 5 mins not speaking english on his cell phone after he paid for his SMALL box of nails. He finally figured it out when myself and 2 other contractors stood 5 feet from him staring at him like he had 3 ears. Jackass finally moved and we were all able to get our carts out to our trucks.

Seems like more people just don't care if they inconvenience someone else, are completely self absorbed, or are just utterly inconsiderate. I completely understand why people sometimes just loose their s**t and go postal.

This happens to me weekly now it seems, I've become almost numb to it. 9 fuel bays, 8 for gas, 1 for diesel and gas both. 7 gas bays open, two gassers sitting on both sides of the diesel/gas pump, oblivious as to why I'm sitting 3 inches from their back bumper, idling while they pump. I've never had any verbal contact though, just glares.

I'll save the Arbys drive thru story for another day.

I've got a diesel Jetta and little patience at the pump. Thank goodness I only fill up once a week. It's pretty common to see 4-6 empty lanes and both diesel pumps filled up with gassers.

Learn some patience.

Lol, no shortage of patience here, I tolerate inconsiderate people everyday, that's why I never say anything to them. Getting gas at the diesel pump isn't wrong, just inconsiderate.;D

Kinda along the same lines. All across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Texas, just about every station you go in to, Diesel pump handles are GREEN, and gas handles are BLACK. But pull into a BP Station, and you had better pay attention. Back when I had F250's and my territory had me driving into these states, I had to really be careful when I pulled into a BP because their colors are just the reverse. Buddy of mine put 18 gallons of gas in his diesel 2 weeks ago before he realized what was happening. Just another reason for us on the gulf coast to not like BP......

Used to happen to me all the time, now I just hit the big rig pumps whenever I can. They pump faster anyway!

Am I missing something here? Why not ask them to move it or lose it? At the very least give the horn a little honk.

It's terrible at a station not far from the dealership, they had good prices on diesel, but also the combo pumps. I think they have 24 pumps, 2 have diesel and gas, almost everytime the combo pumps have people pumping gas, which I don't mind. It's the 5 minutes that they disappear into the store that drives me insane!! Now the BP across the street has diesel, so it's no big deal, but I have stopped a couple people from putting diesel into their gas cars. The black handles on the diesel pumps are confusing when the world does it the other way around.

people are stupid and down right inconsiderate all over. A few years ago my brother and I go to hill climb event that we go to every year. We wait in line early to get to the top of the course so we can watch the race from above. We get to the top. I ask one of the marshals to block the line so I can back my truck in (tailgate toward track easy access to food and drinks). While I pull up and start to back in a little S#&t in a porsche nambs my space that I had the marshal holding for me. Well I look over at my 6'2" 235lb brother and nod. He hops out grabs the log chain out of the tool box rolls under to porsche and wraps the chain around what ever he can find. As he's hooking it to my rear hitch "mr porsche" starts screaming what are you doing???? My reply Moving debris from my parking space. He looks at the marshal and the marshal just shrugs, I take up the slack on the chain finally the guy relents as he understands I'm parking there and he was in the wrong.
