Rear bed panel

Where can I find the sheet metal piece that sits directly below the tailgate? It bumps up against the main bed panel beside the rear body mounts. How hard is this replace?

I think Toms has them. I made mine out of 1/8" x 2" aluminum flat stock

The new 67 has a ton of rust in this piece and I think it would be best to just go ahead and replace it.
