I looked at the TSB and Spicer setup sheets above and did not find instructions for a Double Cardan CV set up .Talked to Tom woods drive shafts yesterday and only got more confused .From what I got from talking to tom woods drive shafts you get more angle without vibration from a double cardan cv because in cuts the angle in half .So if the drive shaft is 20° The CV Is at 10° and 10°. So if I have taking this wrong please help me . Anyone know where to find instructions like above for a Double Cardan set up ? Please post - Thanks for all the help so far. Keith

Do this line up the pinion shaft with the drive shaft. CV joint by the transfer case, Slip yoke at the rear end.

my rear joint has 5* of angle, has had for several years. i don't have any vibration issues or any problems with eating U joints. it's still more than i proly should be running, but since i recently installed a wrap bar i don't have any excess wrap problems to deal with.

73 stallion ,Are you talking about 5° at the lower axle u joint lower than the drive shaft ? mine is 7° difference there. I think I have 4° shims under the new springs The shims are 5/16" thick to 0 not sure what degree they are

Yes, all FSBs use a DC at the front of the rear shaft, and some at the rear of the front shaft, like the bottom of this diagram. Ford issued another TSB (IIRC, it only applied to F250/350, which could be why I haven't put it in that album) about retrofitting a DC front shaft to trucks that had 4WD vibrations.
