I have WH 3.5" ll packs, and they flex ok, but seem to binde when twisted, like on a RTI ramp. I still have lots of down travel, my shakles haven't even unfolded. I have newer rubber bushings, and plenty of shock travel, extended e-brake cable, and extended brake lines.

How old are they?
May sound weird but they get flexier over time the more they are pushed to their limit. Another thing big factor I have found is weight. Fully loaded with gear and 24 gal. of gas my rig will flex like crazy vs. when its unloaded and light on fuel. One last thing to check is your shackles they should be comfortably snug but not too tight

How are your shocks mounted? I went inboard with mine and gained a noticeable difference rear flex. Now if I could get the front to move, I'd be proud of my flex.

Id say the shocks are whats limited you the bushings will only flex so much before binding try removing one end of the shocks to see it increases flex.

Is it a problem in the woods or are you just wanting a better ramp travel # to brag about? I personally think ramp flex is for mall crawlers, wheel it and see if it's noticable. I'd much rather have a rear locker and a little flex then a ton of flex and an open diff. Have a buddy drive it through a section of trail that works the suspension flex wise and see if it's working on not in the real world. Sorry if I sound bitter I used to be into jeeps and they were obssed about stupid ramp flex when they could have spent the same $$ on a mid grade lift and locker.

I had a buggy that had a poopy rear suspension setup and it was really noticable, the thing would get tippy where it shouldn't have. I changed the shackle angle and all problems were solved, it would lift and then drop back down and wasn't bad, I probably could have raised the bump stops and gotten rid of that problem.

This is the first time on a ramp, becouse I could realy care less. Its primer gray and the only thing shiny on it are the bil. 5100 shocks. The only time It's been a problem is in moab. I'm locked front and rear, so I keep moving, it's just a little spooky, but hey thats half the fun right.

I took 3 leaves out of my WH 3.5" pack, the lift dropped a bit, the ride is much better and the flex really improved, however you may need some sort of anti wrap device

just another idea
