Awhile back one of the vendors had a book available where you could track all parts and upgrades you did to your rig so all the information was in one place but can't remember who offered it. Anyone know if these are still available and who has them?

Call me cheap/ old fashioned. But what is wrong with a 3 ring binder, or a notebook and folder?

Holds receipts, holds install instructions, a ream of paper for notes.....

I use an Excel spreadsheet that keeps track of the parts that I have purchased. I track things like the part numbers, vendor, price and then I put them into catagories that are easily filtered. I can filter "hydro boost" and have a list of all the parts and prices I paid to do the install.

I keep a Word document for each of my Broncos and record all expenses paid, to do lists, and parts needed list on them. I have pasted pictures on it that show what I want it to look like when it's finished and what color/brand/vendor seats I want in the "Interior" section, or whatever it is that will help me visualize what I'm going for. I then have a manila folder for each Bronco that I keep my paper receipts in and titles.

If my wife ever finds the document with the grand total spent it won't be good.

I bought a ledger book and just date each line and what the "investment" was and how much it was and keep that in a plastic expandable folder that has a section in there for receipts.

Wow I keep a pile of receipt in a box and I don't even want to know what the total is.
