Redi Sleeve repair?

I had a leaking rear axle and pinion seal. I found that both had bad spots in them. I used a redi seal for the pinion seal and beleive it's fixed. I could not find one for the axle. It appears to be 1 1/2". I polished up the axle, best I could and beleive it will be ok, at least for awhile. Has anybody ever used the ready sleeve for axle repair, and if so what number did you order?
