Trailer it to my house in Wake Forest and we’ll get you rolling.

Or just do it yourself on level ground with a floor jack, frame stands and hand tools. quite easy.
I've considered that. Removing the lift would require dealing with some steering linkage issues, no?

I always recommend having the alignment checked, but it shouldn’t change.

If needed, I’m pretty sure I have a stock pitman arm someplace in my garage.

Having to do anything, depends entirely on what was already done.
Most times, nobody does anything to the Steering to compensate for a 2 1/2 inch lift. Certainly it can benefit from some corrections, but most people don’t do it until you get to 3 1/2 inches and above.
So the only way to know what you’re gonna need to do is to get the vehicle to see what has already been done.
Assess it and go from there.

@Johnnyb Yes. It's uncut, I'd like to get it back to stock height, I like the original look. I've got the original rims and hubcaps on it, so 2.5" high makes 235/75/15 look small. The only off-roading she'll see is OBX sand...

and a blast will be had regardless :)
