removing 73 Dash Panel

What is involved in removing the dash from a 73? Any spot welds?
I want to either weld the cut up radio hole or replace the whole thing..

It is a pain but can be done. I did the same thing a couple of months ago and cleaned up some extra holes from the PO and fit my locker and compressor switches in the old radio location. I also relocated the glove box to clear my cage.
