That's amazingly realistic. Did you build it "new" first, and then age it? I love the rust hole and flat tires!
No I started from the unassembled kit. It's easier to weather that way. There are plenty of YouTube videos on weathering models.

I just got word the Joseph at Fireball Model Works will have a '66 U-13 Roadster conversion kit available soon, including the 170 6 cylinder, door inserts, new windshield frame, side view mirror and seats.

Also an update on the '66 U-13 upgrade kit from Fireball Model Works. I have been working with Joseph on getting the details correct.....he is a perfectionist and expert at duplicating fine details.
Anyway, the list of parts in the upcoming kit keeps expanding

170ci Six-Cylinder engine, not sure if this will include the radiator and air cleaner, but I bet it will
1/2 door inserts
'66 seats front and rear
windshield frame with vacuum motors
'66 only side mirror
'66 transfer case shifter
'66 dash (may be used for '66-68)
'66 grill with eyebrows
'66 locking hubs and wheels, possibly the '66 only hub caps as well
Dana 30 front axle
'66 Bumpers

other possible parts:
single reservoir master cylinder
'66-'67 early tailgate

I will see if he will allow me to post some pictures of what he is working on.

For a '66-67 it wouldn't have side marker lights, but otherwise seems reasonable.
