Roller Rockers?

I am definitely changing the lifters and pushrods as the engine was close to 100k. It just seems like the smart thing to do.

stock 5.0's with stamped steel rocker arms can go over 200k miles when taking care of. you don't need roller rockers for the reasons you give.

roller rockers are as quiet as non roller when installed correctly.

if your looking for power, you'll only nickel and dime yourself to death with all the little things. if you want power, pick your engine platform that match it with the right head intake combo. cost more initially, but will show in the long run.
