Looking good, are those the radius arm extentions from Anthony @ Stonecrusher?
Not from Stonecrusher but same idea, Wish I could remember his name on here but he made them and I traded a set of headers for them. i like the way they turned out, almost look factory, I would only make them smaller to match up with the stock arms better.

Rev, looks good, do yourself a favor and get rid of those poly radius arm bushings and get a set of degreed rubber bushings from wild horses, ever set of polys I have had break apart maybe a year after install, the rubber ones last longer and will let the arms work better. Just my experience.

Thanks for the advise, as far as the deegreed bushing, the brackets are raked back 4 degree's so they are not needed

Build looks great. Just curious, why did you lower the front spring mounts? Seems it's far easier to just get some longer springs. Just curious if it has some advantage? I have been following this thread and waiting for someone to ask this question. I guess everyone knows why except me!

We moved the mounts foward 1 1/2" and decided while they were off they were lowered just to be different, adds 1 1/2" of lift, and with the shock mounts in the stock location I can use long travel shocks.
Alot of what we are doing is just to be different.

Looking Great! It will start going faster now. It seems that after you get the chassis done the rest of it is easier. It is easier to keep motivated after the chassis. Keep up the good work and keep us in Pics.

The next big step is to get the Motor mounts made, the 300 we are using is an industrial model from a wood chipper. as soon as I get the trans done it can all go together to locate the mounts, the trans, mount has already been made to move it back 3" and down into the chassis 3", to lower the Center of gravity, no rocks here in Florida, just wonderful gooey muck. so the pan should never come close to the front pumpkin.

Thanks. I'll be interested to hear how well it works.

Something about those Hummers on 20's

Yea I edited the title, And we all know them Humm's (Blazers in a different coat)can't keep up with the Bronco sooooo Humm This will be across the tailgate.

Just got an e-mail and with no motor/trans/transfer case the frame sits 38 inches off the ground with 40's on it, to high for me. have to wait and see what happens when the 300/435/D-20 goes in.
