Hey Everyone,

I was looking on their site and noticed this custom, Bronco-specific big bearing housing:

I am not in the market, but I am interested if anyone has bought/used one of these? Kinda cool, anyways.

Wow! 95 views and no comments? They must not sell many of them...

Too bad there's no full-float option. I could be real interested if there was. Not sure that I could justify the money, but very interested none the less.

It's a beast! Love the way the fabbed housing looks. I suggest to customers that they clear coat it instead of regular paint or powder coat covering up all that nice workmanship.

We keep them in stock usually, and do sell a few. As stated, at that price they're not for everyone, but with the lack standard 9" truck tube size housings (3.25" vs the 3.0" car size) on the market, it's been gaining in popularity.
Especially for those building a rig with bigger tires and more engine that would have to gusset/truss a standard housing anyway, and when the price of those smaller units keeps climbing as well.

ntsqd, there should be no reason that any full-float setup on the market that's made to work on a 9" housing would not work on this one. After all, it's "just" a big bearing housing with all the material upgrades already.

If I were going to spend the money I'd want welded stub-spindles with Exploder RDB compatible brake mount flanges, not a bolt-on conversion. (Does anyone even make bolt-on conversions any more?) It's all pie in the sky right now, WAY too many more important things to spend money on.

This is a new product for them I believe.

They've been selling their "blank" housings for years...cut it to width, weld on some housing ends and spring mounts for an EB and it is still the same product, just a step or two closer to being ready for installation. I love their housing design and would run one if I ever destroy my current housing enough to justify it.

They are really nice housings. I'd love to be able to build a front 9" but the cost is prohibitive.

Looks great! I'd like to see a picture of a live one in a Bronco.

Thought I had some here, but must either be on another camera, or the other (dead) computer.
I'll see if I can find them, then re-enlist as a contributor.
